By creating an account or claiming a voucher on Goaldiggr, you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
Goaldiggr displays time-limited voucher offers triggered by goals scored during live football matches. We act as an intermediary between users and advertising partners.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. One account per person.
3. Voucher validity
- Voucher windows are limited in time (typically 5 minutes after a goal, or until the next goal).
- Once expired, a code cannot be claimed, even if displayed elsewhere.
- Country, category and quantity targeting may apply.
4. Limited-time offers
Stock is limited. Codes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until the available quantity is exhausted. We make no guarantee that any specific user will be able to claim a code.
5. One-time-use codes
Each voucher code is personal, unique and single-use. Sharing, reselling, or attempting to use a code on more than one transaction is not permitted and may result in the code being voided.
6. Live score & API delays
Live match data is provided by a third-party data feed. Scores, minute markers and goal events may be delayed, corrected or revoked. Goaldiggr is not liable for inaccuracies originating from third-party data sources.
7. Platform availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, or technical issues may temporarily prevent deal display or claiming.
8. Fraud prevention & abuse
- Creating multiple accounts, using bots, scripts or VPNs to claim codes is strictly prohibited.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts, void claims, and refuse service when abuse is suspected.
- We may share fraud signals with our advertising partners.
9. Advertiser relationship
The actual sale, shipping and customer service of any product purchased with a voucher is the responsibility of the advertiser. Goaldiggr is not a party to that transaction.
10. Intellectual property
The Goaldiggr name, logo, and platform are protected. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goaldiggr is not liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from the use, unavailability, or inaccuracy of the service.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app.
